Our Services:

Regular Cleaning

Dust: ceiling and corners cobwebs removal, crown molding, door and window frames and sills. Dust ceiling fans and light fixtures, shelves, pictures and shelf apparatus, like TVs and videogames. Dust and wipe furniture surfaces. Dust blinds.
Dust bathrooms: dust and wipe surfaces, cabinets outside and backsplashes. Clean mirrors. Dust mirror lights fixture.
Dust kitchen: dust light fixtures, dust and wipe all surfaces, backsplashes and cabinets outside.
Bathrooms: sanitize and clean sink, faucets and countertops. Sanitize and clean mirrors, showers, bathtubs. Scrub grouts and shower floor. Clean glass shower enclosures.
Kitchen: scrub countertops, wash and sanitize sink and faucets. Wipe small appliances. Clean cabinets outside, dishwasher front, refrigerator top, front and sides. Clean microwave in/outside.
Scrub stove top and degrease range hood.
Empty and reline trash cans. Take out the trash.
Vacuum upholstered furniture.
Floors: vacuum and mop.

Deep/One Time Cleaning, Move in/out & Post Construction

Includes all Regular Cleaning items, plus:

Scrub baseboards.
Scrub doors and windows, including frames and windowsills.
Scrub bathroom cabinets outside, dust and clean inside**.
Scrub kitchen cabinets outside, dust and clean inside**.
Vacuum upholstered furniture surface and under cushions.
Vacuum heating and air conditioning grill. Get a Quote!

**Bathroom and Kitchen cabinets should be emptied for better results.

Extra Services:

Oven and Refrigerator inside cleaning: extra charged. $20 - $35 each.
Inside Window Cleaning and rails. $20 - $60
Bed-making: we charge $5 for each bed and $15 for bunk beds, each.

If you are a Regular Client and need an extra job, please let us know at least 24 hours before the cleaning.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before the cleaning. Otherwise, a $100 fee will be charged.

Anchor 1

If you become a Regular Client (Weekly, Bi-weekly or Monthly), the First Cleaning will cost $150 total, not $90 per hour*. (2 hours cleaning, 2 cleaners or 4 hours, 1 cleaner) Get a Quote!

Also, you can get a discount on Deep/One Time Cleaning, Move in/out and Post Construction Cleaning if you allow us to take some 'Before and After' pictures. The regular price is $90 per hour, it goes down to $80 per hour, 2 cleaners. And, of course, we'll keep total discretion with your privacy. Get a Quote!
